  4. Late Payments – Delays in payment may lead to service suspension until cleared.

Service Terms

  • All items should be ready for packing before our team arrives.
  • Fragile or valuable items must be declared in advance.
  • Customers should ensure building access (like lift permission, parking approval).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or building restrictions.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair:

  • 24 hours before service – Full refund available.
  • Same-day cancellation – Partial charges may apply.
  • No-show without notice – No refund available.

Liability & Limitations

We take care of your belongings like our own. However, some limitations apply:

  • We cover damages caused directly by our team during handling.
  • No liability for pre-existing damage, natural wear, or concealed faults.
  • Items of extraordinary value (jewelry, cash, documents) should not be included in shipments.
